Work With us

Now Hiring: (5/1/26) Part-time Operations Assistant position. This position is a 20 hour/week position. Dance Project is looking for an Operations Assistant who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while also serving as a warm, responsive point of contact for our community. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by managing multiple moving pieces at once.

A key part of this position is communicating with families—supporting them through registration, tracking attendance, and following up on account balances. The right candidate is comfortable and confident addressing financial matters with clarity and compassion, helping families stay informed while maintaining positive relationships.

This role includes a significant amount of data entry and administrative coordination, so accuracy and follow-through are essential. At the same time, you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team—working closely with the School Director while also taking ownership of your responsibilities and managing your workload independently.

We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and brings both professionalism and friendliness to every interaction. If you love systems, people, and purpose-driven work, you’ll be a great fit here. Some dance experience preferred, but not required.

Priority will be given to applicants who are not currently in full-time academic programs.
Priority application deadline: June 1, 2026. While applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled, applicants have the best chance at an interview if applying by priority deadline. Anticipated start date: late July.

First: Read the full position details here.

Then: fill out our application here. You can upload your resume and cover letter inside the application.
