Join us for an informal gathering of friends to catch up and celebrate Jan’s birthday together! We are excited to share what’s been going on at Dance Project, and our plans for the future. There will also be a live dance performance!
Carrie Plew has kindly offered her home to us for this event. It has ample indoor and outdoor space. Weather-permitting, we will aim to be outside for extra fresh air! If we need to be indoors, there are plenty of windows we can open and air purifiers will be used. We will continue to update this page as we approach the event date. If it appears that we cannot safely gather, we will keep you informed of those changes.
Please note: masks will not be required while gathered outside, but we kindly request that masks be worn inside Carrie’s home. We will have extra masks available.
Hot and cold beverages will be available. Our host is kindly providing a selection of light bites to eat. There will also be a sweet treat to take away with you along with our party favors.
We would like to create a new dance work with you which will be performed at our celebration. All you need to do is provide 2 words along with your RSVP response that come to your mind based on our prompt. Our choreographer will use these words with a score inspired by Jan’s method of working to choreograph this new work.
Please respond using the Google form link below.
