What to Expect?

Dance Project will provide a class (up to 60 minutes) in a customizable frequency (i.e. weekly, monthly, etc.), to best fit the needs of your business and employees. The experience can include: breathing exercises, simple flow yoga, guided meditation, deep listening activities, exercises centered around Awareness Through Movement (ATM method), and other forms of full body/mind integration through movement improvisations.

Moving Meditation can be held on Zoom or in person. We do recommend that you allow participants the space to practice where they will feel the most comfortable. Zoom allows participants to move in their own space at their own pace, while in person can create a great sense of community and team building. Yoga mat is recommended.

Pricing available upon request

We recommend 12 participants in person and no more than 30 on Zoom. These numbers are negotiable based on the needs of each group. If interested please contact Lauren Joyner, Executive Director: lauren@danceproject.org or call 336 370 6776.
